To comply with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) and the requirements of financial regulatory authorities regarding Customer Identification (KYC), Anti - Money Laundering (AML), and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CTF), you need to truthfully provide valid identity information during your use of Kredit Kami services. This information will be used to assist financial cooperation institutions in conducting risk assessments and loan eligibility reviews. The information includes name, gender, date of birth, ID type and number, ID photo, biometric data, educational attainment, marital status, religious belief, emergency contact’s name and phone number, relationship with the emergency contact, occupation, work unit information, salary income, bank account information, etc.

We may entrust third - parties with legal qualifications to conduct identity verification; at the same time, in accordance with the law, we may also conduct information verification and comparison with national agencies or relevant financial institutions that are legally authorized to store data. The collected information will be used for identity identification, risk assessment, service recommendation, and ensuring the security of transactions between the platform and users. We promise to collect and use your information only within the scope necessary for contract performance or service provision, and with your explicit consent. We will also adopt strict technical and management measures to ensure data security. If you refuse to provide relevant identity information, it may affect the use of some loan matching functions, but it will not prevent you from browsing the basic service content of the platform.

  • Basic device information: In order to maintain platform security, identify devices and conduct risk control, we may collect some device-related information.
